Painful clitorus and vagina

So a couple of days a go a guy that I am seeing was giving me oral. That night and the next day my clit was very sore, and I noticed a small cut like thing on it, sort of like a tiny bit of skin had been ripped off. I didn't think too much of it except that it really hurt and itched. The next day I noticed a build up of white stuff on and around my clitorus and it was really itchy. It sort of spread to my whole vagina after that and now it's all itchy, but I only see the white stuff by my clit. It is sore and itchy and I'm really freaking out that it could be an STD! I know that that guy didn't have one but I have been with other people recently. I see no bumps or anything (yet) but it is very uncomfortable! I am also on antibiotics right now, amoxicillin for strep to be exact, not sure if that can have an effect. If anyone knows what this is please let me know!

It sounds like you have a yeast infection. Antibiotics are known to cause these.
Since it's the weekend and you probably won't be able to see your Dr. I recommend you go to the drug store to get Monostat or another yeast infection treatment. The pharmacist can help you choose one. I've heard some women say that one day treatment works while others say the 3 day treatment works better.
If you've had unprotected intercourse your partner should also be checked because yeast infections can be passed from person to person. Don't have sex while you're on a treatment so you won't pass it to your partner.
I would also explain to the guy who gave you oral that it looks like you have a yeast infection from your antibiotics so he can be tested for an oral yeast infection.
Go tomorrow, or as soon as you can, to the drug store. The sooner you get started on the treatment the better you'll feel. They also have a cream that will help with the itching and starts working really fast. It should be right next to the yeast infection treatments.
