Pearly Penile Papules

I think I have Pearly Penile Papules.
I have been doing some research on the Internet and it appears as if I actually have got the condition. I read that it is classified as a skin condition (which has negative connotations to it). To be honest, I am upset about this and grossed out. I don't want these disgusting papules on my penis, it's not attractive at all and I'm afraid this condition will only repel future romances (I'm gay, and gay guys are the pickiest men on earth).

Does anyone know how to get rid of this condition? Is there some kind of surgery or something similar? Would circumcision (I'm uncircumcised) help?
