Penis injury

My sex life has always been with uncertainty, not sure if I will be able to perform or if its going to be a premature ejaculation, this has been sometimes the case. So last May, I read online that you can control premature ejaculation by just holding tight your penis just before ejaculation occurs which I did but it happend that I probably press too hard, what happend was the ejaculation stops and some little blood  came out.
Since then, my errection has gone from bad to worse the erection that I usually got in the morning is gone, I do not have errection any more unless my penis is being touched the only way I'm having sex is through sex pills and this is having an effect on me. Is there anything I can do at this point? I need help.

GO SEE A DOCTOR!

That body part is way too important to just sit around and not check up about it. Blood is never good, and there many other methods to premature ejaculation then killing your poor penis.
