I seem to have an oversensitive penis, more specifically the head, but not in the sense that I'll get premature ejaculation. Instead, it's more to a point where it feels incredibly uncomfortable, almost like pain (but not quite). Because of this, I can't seem to maintain an erection, and, if I do manage to maintain one, ejaculation is incredibly difficult.
Now, some additional details:
I have not been circumcised. The sensitivity and "pain" does not happen with the foreskin on the head (which is the foreskin's purpose, I guess?), but the foreskin also completely blocks off the head from feeling much of anything.
At this time, I've only engaged in oral sex and masturbation/handjobs. Masturbation becomes successful, with the foreskin on the head, but without the foreskin... well, "pain." The handjob brings the same issue, though we've tried to focus on making the oral work; which, at this point, has only been attempted without the foreskin on (which, again, brings about that "pain," which ruins the erection, which ruins our time together).
The shaft does not experience any pain, and is perfectly fine.
I'd really like to find a solution to this problem, and I hope someone can help. If there are additional details to clarify, please feel free to ask for them.
