Phimosis

Hey guys.

I've been dealing with phimosis for about six months trying to restore it, but unable to for the simple fact that I can't leave myself alone for more than a week max.

Is it possible to 'cure' it through the standard massturbation technique that is designed to mimic sex (by which the foreskin is pulled towards the pubis and over the head)? I've read on a few places that this, combined with a betamethasone cream, is the most effective way to do so. Is this true?

Hello,
Do not use any penile stretcher or extensor as it may cause penile trauma and use the topical steroid cream on the delicate skin of the penis only after consulting your doctor.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Thanks for the feedback.

I have seen a few doctors, half of whom suggested circumcision straight up. I can say for certain that my condition is not nearly bad enough to have to resort to this. It is only relative phimosis and thankfully quite malleable. It only doesn't stay that way because of my own actions of not giving it time to relax. I know that I need to give a day or two in hand to let the skin relax before I stretch it again, I just need to 'do it'.

At the moment I have a betamethasone cream (Diprosone) and it is helping. But my question was can you still masterbate without it impending on the foreskin stretching? As in is there a technique I can use that promotes stretching?

Hello,
Treatment for phimosis includes application of a steroid cream to the foreskin up to three times a day for about a month to loosen the adhesive ring. If ballooning during micturition is present, then surgical removal of all or part of the foreskin(circumcision) may be recommended.
