Post orgasm bowel bloating and erectile dysfunction 32/m

Hi, I have been having issues for a few years now with my bowels feeling bloated and needing to evacuate during arousal. Also my testicles feel swollen and tight and give the sensation of being kicked in the groin after some orgasms. And this leads to the sexual dysfunction, it's hard to maintain erections when I have the trouble that I am.

I have all kinds of gastrointestinal troubles as well that a endoscopy (down the throat camera) and a colonoscopy (through the other end) have returned with negatives. But constipation is constant as well as bright red rectal bleeding.

I'm stumped on what to do.
