Premature Ejaculation

by GarethMinisoda, Jan 10, 2009 02:32PM
Whenever i'm with a girl and we're about to have sex, usually I give her oral sex etc before we do, but that gets me so worked up whenever we actually do it then I ejaculate within around 20 seconds, it's unbelievably embarrasing, and I cant just not do anything to her beforehand because she wouldn't be very satisfied and be unhappy with me, any suggestions?

I heard this on tv just the other day.
There are exersizes you can do called kegel exersizes. These strengthen your pelvic floor muscles (aka PC muscles). They are the muscles that encircle the uretha and the anus. To find your PC muscle, start to urinate then stop in midstream. The muscles that stop the flow of urine and pump when you ejaculate are the muscles to exercise.
Start by squeezing these muscles together for three seconds, then stop for five seconds. Repeat ten times a day several times daily.
After a while, takes about 4-6 weeks, you will notice you last longer and have more explosive ejaulations and a happier gf!
Doing these will also prevent incontience later in life and promote a healthier prostate.
Hope this helps and good luck!!!

It's simple, really. You're getting yourself too close to orgasm before you start intercourse. In one way it's a good thing, it means you're getting a lot of pleasure out of what you're doing for her. That's an attentive lover.

One thing you can try is to ask her to bring you to orgasm first as part of foreplay (orally, manually, etc.). Then you do your thing for her. When you're ready to go the second time (your erection comes back) your second ejaculation will take longer. Since you've just finished stimulating her, you should be able to "outlast" her and the two of you will enjoy it.

AuntyRed was describing Kegal exercises. These exercises strengthen your pelvic muscles and can help you gain some control over your ejaculation. They're very simple to do, you can do them anytime and anywhere without anyone knowing you're doing them.

In a sitting position, squeeze your muscles as if you were trying to stop peeing. Hold it tight for a count of fifteen. Relax. Wait a few seconds and do it again. Do this as many times as you can. Also, do it several times a day. Like any other exercise, the more often you do it the faster you'll see results. Do it while you're sitting at the computer, watching TV, at dinner, even when you're sitting in church!
