I am 42. I suffer from premature ejaculation so badly, that I cannot have intercourse at all. I have always been this way and now I don't try to find a partner. I have tried stop start masturbation (more stop than start) with some success, but intercourse is impossible. Every few strokes I have to stop and can never build up a rhythm, not even a slow one. I have tried a Psycho sexual therapist who was very little help. Now I am trying kegel exercises, but this is not helping me to build a rhythm without stopping couple of seconds, if anything It seems to be getting worse. I feel totally hopeless and cheated. I have put so much work into trying to improve. Anyone ever been this bad with premature ejaculation? (and I don't just mean short term when you were a teenager). Anyone got any suggestions?
I hav the same issue from time to time, starting and stoppping helps a bit but if your ready to blow nothing is going to stop it . Sometimes I would whare a rubber because I know Im not going to feel any sensation and that usualy helps me last longer... Or while Im having sex I would think of my grandmother LOL or something disgusting like victims of war , amputations, anything that would take away my urge to ejaculate... What I do now is when im with a girl before we have sex I go down on her, most woman like getting oral so I learned how to be good at that and when shes done, had her orgasm then its my turn. If I dont last thats ok at least I know I got her off before we started.
Thanks for replying my post.
Never managed to give orgasm with oral, I always try to give oral first, but in my experience, it always leads to the women saying "I want you inside me" which then leads to instant disappointment through instant premature ejaculation. I feel cursed.
