Prescribed lycogold and merconerv forte for ED

i wasnt able to get my penis fully erect (kinda feels flabby or semi-soft) and even if i managed to insert it my girls vagina i *** in a min or 2. So after few times i started using viagra and i have not problems getting it erect and go on for 20-30 mins and do the same multiple times the same nite or the next morning. I talked to friends and researched on the net and realized that it could be cured and there is a possibility that it could be very simple so i decided to see the doctor. I went a renowned hospital and saw the only specialist for sexual health and he asked me to do certain tests like TMT, Ultrasound before taking viagra and after taking viagra and various blood and urine tests like blood sugar, testosterone etc.

Today i recived the results for all my test and after showing it to the same doctor he said that " my blood flow to the penis is lower than normal and i should the the medicine he is going to prescribe for 2 months and come for follow up" The two drugs he gave me was merconerv forte and lycogold. I asked him if i can become normal after this two months on medication, he said yes it is possible or i might have to take medications for few more months but i have to see him after the dose of two months.

I tried to talk to him but he had to leave practice and didnt answer any of my questions completely. My concerns are

1)what are these medications and are these only taken for increase the flow of blood to the penis?
2)Doctor told me that he is not giving me viagra right now and he wants me to be on this medication for 2 months to see if there is any imporvement.
3) I asked the doctor if i can be completely cured, and said YES. is he being honest ?

Im 28yo, 94kilos weight and 174cm height and i smoke 3 to 6 cigs a day and socially drink once or twice a month.
