Punctured bowel? Paranoia? Other?

I am going to doctor later, but I still wish to ask a question.

I was using a small toy, cleaned makeup brush. Itso about 2-3inches, and thinner then a pen. I'm new at using it, but I've done it twice before. There was slide discomfort while I was sort of riding it, and it didn't go all the way in. It was slightly hard to pull out. That same night I felt discomfort, and i now fear I might have punctured something. I just ended my period, so rubbing myself, not fully insertion as I used the object may have caused slight bleeding to return. But. Because I'm paranoid, I fear the worse. I woke up an hour later and puked. There is not bleeding now, and never had it from anus and I have some bowel movement. But theres slight cramp, but I was slightly constipated before. I dont know if what I'm feeling is from a puncture or constipation.  I have a fever, and I puked again tonight. (Didn't puke during the day)

I also upped my dose of some bipolar meds, and I got an odd swelling on my knee. I have no idea if any of this is tied together, or stuff from  the other stuff, or if it is a puncture. Help?

Hello,

If you believe that you have punctured or injured any organ, go to an emergency room/ hospital to be examined right away ~ never wait till later.
Personally, I'm not a fan of D.I.Y. or homemade sex toys, because they can sometimes cause harm and lead to infections. If you decide to continue using anything to masturbate with, you might want to consider a safer option such as a manufactured silicone toy (dildo).

Upping dosages or changing medications can have side effects. If you've been feeling unusually anxious, depressed, or fearful (paranoid) lately, you should consider speaking with your doctor about your prescription. Your doctor would be the best person to advise you about any of your concerns here.
