Rash after oral sex
I recently had oral sex with my boyfriend for the second time.
I know for a fact that neither of us have ever had a sexual relationship before but after the second instance, my face broke out in red, blotchy rashes around an hour to two hours after giving him head.
Could the rash be related to this, and if so, what is it? Or is it not related? The rash looked like an allergic reaction but as far as I know, I'm not allergic to anything.

The rash could have been caused by the hair around your BF's penis. An Allergic reaction is a strange explanation as I could not find any source for it in your story.
If the rash clears up by itself within a few days then you don't need to worry, however if it returns on another occasion of oral sex visit a health care professional.
