I am 19. I am in a steddy relationship. Recently I lost my virginity to my boyfriend, I bled a bit and it was kinda painful. I just gotta know. do I keep bleeding afterwards?? and what other precautions should I take for the next time it happens?

Your hymen probably broke, and that is what led to the bleeding a bit during sex.  This will likely keep happening for a couple months or so, if you have sex regularly (like more than 3 times a week).  So, yes, it should stop eventually.

When the hymen breaks it often doesn't bleed, although it can. Most people's hymens break long before they have sex though. I don't see why it should bleed again, I have bled once with my partner and it never happened again. It wasn't my first time either. Just the usual - make sure you have enough foreplay and lube if you don't get wet enough and relax! lol hope this helps (:
