Red blotchess - early sign of cancer??

Hello all I am new to this. I would be going to my doctors today but  I fly out for work tomorrow so in a panic, have came here.

Attached is the image as taken this morning. It started as one blotch, and now there are several as you can see.

I have had two sexual partners this year, one from February to September, and then I was with one other girl (un protected) in October. In around middle of November, the first blotch appeared. so around a month later. Now it is not going away. What are your thoughts??

Anyway you are going to your doctor soon. So there would not be any problem for you. yes I saw the link, but it does not open. There can confusion at some level. There is a separate community for Std. This might have caused this mess up.

Should also note - there is no pain, no itchyness and no other symptoms apart from what you can see. There have been some issues with me losing erections easily in the last 3 weeks but I do not know if this is related - it is worrying though. I am 27.
