Red rashes on my penishead

Hi, this morning i noticed i had two red rashes/spots on my penis head. They dont hurt and arent that really big.

Could this be friction rashes? I masturbate sometimes and im not sexually active, in matter of fact iv'e never had sex ( im 15 )

Im just wondering what this could be?

Friction rashes are a real possibility especially if you are circumcised. Try using lube.
