Redness on glans corona

So I've noticed this bright red area on the corona after masturbating a few weeks ago. It fades slightly when i stop for a couple of days but then comes back. Lately it's been bigger and redder than usual and stings sometimes. It also doesn't feel that sensitive. I saw a little red spot in my urethra a couple of days ago and I sometimes feel a sharp pain when I ejaculate. Any ideas about what it might be? And any permanent reductions in sensitivity?

I don't know if it's related or not but I do have an oral yeast infection that I'm taking Vitamin B complex for. Doesn't seem to be doing much so I'm seeing a doctor about that soon. Anything to do with my penis though?

I forgot to mention. I am (unfortunately) circumcised.
