SWELLING OF THE VAGINA AFTER SEX

Ive been dating my boyfriend for over 2 years and about a year ago i started taking birthcontrol pills, after they "kicked" in we started having sex with out a condom and he would ejaculate inside me. After a couple months of doing this my vagina started to swell tremendously after we had sex and it would burn so bad to urinate, and it also would take a couple days for the pain to go away, i even went to a clinic because the pain was so intense one time and the doctor told me she thought i had herpes!..which i didnt, she never told me what was wrong with it, and its happened a couple times this year and again last week, i also have discharge and and the feeling that my vagina is ripped..if that makes sense. I feel like this can ruin my sex life with my boyfriend if i dont figure out whats wrong with me, it sounds wierd but i think it can be a reaction to the sperm... So please help me.
p.s I've been to a doctor twice for this and both times they just tested me for stds

I have the same issue, i just visited a gyno. It might be the case that you have a bruise or something.
