Well im 15 years old female yea i know im young but i had sex for the first time 2 days ago and i bled during sex and after sex, i have un-normal periods so i thought i was having my period after wards but then it stopped yesterday and he fingered me today and there was blood, im scared, is that normal? I dont wanna go to the doctor cuz i dont wanna tell my mom she would disown me? Please help?

They can't tell your mom if ask them not to. It's doctor patient confidential.

It's best to tell your Dr you've had intercourse. Your mom may not have to be in the room with you when you're seeing the Dr.

Hi. You probably broke your hymen during intercourse. In case your unaware, the hymen is a thin piece of skin over your vagina. Baby girls are born with it and it has some small holes in it so blood can get through during you period. When a girl has sex for the first time, the hymen breaks which can cause some bleeding. It can also break other ways, but usually during your first time having sex. So it's normal to bleed a little your first time. I would ask your bf to be a little gentler with you though, because of the fingering incident. I wouldn't worry about it much, unless this continues to happen all the time. Best wishes, stay safe!
