Ok i have a really big problem and i need help!!! I have recently just started shaving my labia...(I just dont like the hair there!!) Well the first few times everything was fine but then i realized that hair was starting to grow farther and farther twards my inner labia!! Everytime i shaved it got a little bit worse and now basically the my whole inner labia grows hair now!! Has this happend to anyone out there before!?!?! Please reply to this question telling me if this has happend to you and what to do about it!!
Okay, I gotta tell you, hair growth does not increase because you shave. I know this because I am a hairdresser. It may seem like it, but it simple not true. You only have so many hair folicles and you will get no more.
Even though it gives a closer shave, a razor cuts too close and often creates a burn and itch from close scraping of hair and skin. Also, there are too many contours (curvy areas) in the pelvic and vaginal area. And, realize that you're also shaving an area that's not all that easy to see. It's just too easy to get a cut with the razor, especially, in the inner labia where it's fleshy, delicate and very sensitive.
