Single Red penis bump

I have noticed that I have a red bump on my penis. It doesn't hurt doesn't itch it's just there. I'm a virgin but have masturbated. I noticed it about 5 days ago and its still there. I tried masturbating with it once and it turned a bluish color but went back to red after it went flaccid. You can barely see it when its flaccid but it looks bigger when erect. I'm not sure what it is,how long it should be until it goes away or what i can do to make it go away or if its safe to masturbate again.

Use clear 100% aloe vera gel.  You can use that for masturbation, or else use lotion or something so you don't rub any spots raw.  Sometimes you can get rubbed spots from grinding against clothing too.  It can also be from exercising.  The new sports underwear can protect from chafing.
