Small Bumps... Not Herpes...Cysts??

So for about a week i've had this three little hard bumps on my lower Labia Majora. They all scabbed over and are kinda red and puffy. They don't look like herpes but they are sore to the touch. I was thinking they might just be blisters or cysts but they're not that big and there's only three and only on the left side of the labia.
Around the same time I tore the inside of my vagina durring sex (i'm assuming because there was a small visible tear inside near the opening) and it seems to have healed but sex still hurts. I was thinking maybe i had gotten an infection from the cut and the bumps were the result?
I started Nexplanon about 3 months ago and thought that maybe this could be the source and maybe it's just a small cyst. Me and my partner are both each others firsts and he shows no signs or symptoms at all of herpes. (Side note: prone to UTI's)
Anyways, has anyone had similar problems and what were they? I have a Gyno appointment in about two weeks but they are starting to worry me (thanks WebMD). Herpes are usually flatter and more full of puss but these had little. What could they be?

Hi,
Lumps and bumps can occur all around the vulva; they could be anything from cysts, ingrown hairs, or pimples, etc... It's best to leave the diagnosis to the professionals; wait to see what the doctor has to say about these bumps during your examination. Be sure to leave them alone (don't try to pop or drain them); to help bring down any swelling or pain apply clean, warm towel compresses to the bumps. You can also use an anti-inflammatory pain med such as ibuprofen to help relieve soreness. If they begin to drain on their own, keep the area dry/clean and avoid sexual activity during that time. Take Care
