Std risk?

I've posted before but things have moved on.

6 months ago I had a one off encounter.I received protected oral sex. She also had my testicles in her mouth, unprotected. 10 days later my scrotum turned bright red and still is. I was drunk so cant recall if she had fever blisters. After visit to gum clinic for swab test(neg) and about 6 GP visits, they assure me no sti. Some 3 months later I seemed to develop small thrush like marks under the skin on head of penis glans, nothing shifts them, GP says normal and is just irritation in small glands on my glans. Had various bouts of actual thrush clears fine with cream. Been to derm and awaiting biopsy from scrotum.

My GF 'symptoms' that worry me. a few weeks  after my  initial encounter and after we had sex, her period was heavy and followed with discharge. She tells me she had mild leg ache also. other issue is complaint of nerve burn in her foot, which I feel I also had but maybe in my head. I've also had routine blood and urine tests with no comment. She had Pap smear, all clear, coil fitted due to heavy periods desc above, doc said she had slightly swollen womb

Questions:

1. Could I have a skin borne sti which I passed to GF and got it back as this rash on my glans
2. Are her "symptoms" suggestive of herpes or any other infection
3. What could the underlying rash on my glans be
4. How reliable are all the tests given scrotum still red and rash still on glans

I've never had swelling, pain or itchiness. No pain urinating, no sores, lesions, warts, skin breaks or spots other than inflammation of glands on penis above.

Thanks for any advice

Thanks for the good wishes.
Yes, GUM clinic is an std clinic. Went there at 1 month. All swab tests negative. Pcp put a lot  of faith in those tests and her 6 visual exams. Not been back to std clinic tho.
Urine/bloods were at 6 or 7 weeks.
Gracias
