Strange Odor...

Strange Odor...

Weird question. My fiance and I have recently been having a LOT of sex (like 3-4 times/day for the past few weeks). Well, a few days ago, I noticed that my vagina has a strange odor. I am an extremely cleanly person down there and have never had an issue with odor. Showers don't get rid of it, nothing. It's just there. When I asked my fiance about it, he said he thinks it's because we've been having so much sex. Does that sound right? The more I think about it, I can see that being the reason, I guess. I dont have hardly ANY discharge (which naturally cleanses and flushes out a woman) when I have so much sex plus we have unprotected sex and he cums in me everytime. So... I guess I'm going to ****** (which I dont normally do) and we're going to take a 1 or 2 day break and see if that clears things up. Any other explanations or advice for me? Everything feels fine otherwise. Like I dont feel like I have a yeast infection or anything...

It is not uncommon to have odor after being sexually active. Now days they do not recommend douching because they say it destroys the good bacteria in your system as well as the bad, but I for one would rather do it oppose to having a strong vaginal odor.

If you're going to ******, I would use a vinegar & water ******.  Apparently, these are the best kinds because they don't contain additives and fragrances, etc.  They just clean you out well.

An excerpt -
Oct. 15, 2004 -- What is the truth about douches? Most experts say frequent douches increase a woman's risk of developing vaginal infections, but new research shows this might not be true for those who ****** less than once a week with a simple vinegar and water solution.
