Unable to maintain erection for prolonged periods of time

I'm 24 this year and I'm physically fit. I used to be able to erect fully to insignificant things and I was able to maintain erections during sex for prolonged periods of time and during the short breaks in between. However, I'm not so sensitive to erections now and I can barely erect fully. I can still maintain erections during sex for long periods of time but that only applies during penetration. If I took it out for roughly a minute, I would turn flaccid. This has happened suddenly and it is very vexing. Do you have any suggestions to why is this happening and what can I do to cure this?
