On a very rare occasion (funny enough when i masturbate twice on the same day the second time) i might get a slight tingly feeling and when i mean it doesn't go through my whole body as it used to. Nothing to go oh wow this feels good. All the other times when i am about to ejaculate i know i am but no tingly sensation in the body or anything and when i *** its just the same feeling as urinating

Ejaculating and orgasming are the same thing. If something is coming out of your penis when you masturbate that is an orgasm.
