Unknown bumps on penis

Hi, I have small bumps on my penis shaft that are spreading. I am not sure what they are, and have never had anything like this before. I could provide more details or pictures if anyone is willing to take the time to help me. Thanks

ya i just got back from the clinic right now, i wasnt getting anywhere on these threads. The doctor said she wasnt 100% sure what it was, but ruled out genital warts or herpes by the way they look. She said it was either pimples from oil build up or molluscum contagiosum, and nothing to be worried about. Thanks for the help though Life360

ya I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend about a month and a half ago, havent seen her since because we dont live near each other. She said she is clean though. I have not been tested. It doesnt really look like pictures i have seen on the internet, almost looks like a couple pimples.
