Unusual Penis Injury

Hi, for the past few months I've been experiencing weaker erections on the right-hand side of my penis. I think this originates from an incident in which it bent to the left-hand side and made a popping sound. There was, however, no pain or swelling (causing me to doubt that it's a fracture) and the left-hand side still performs just fine. There is much less sensation on the affected side and it feels a little more hollow (best way to describe it) when flaccid.

If I carefully examine it with my finger when erect, I can feel something small and firm poking out slightly, half way up my shaft, immediately to the right-hand side of the seam.

I should also mention that I'm in otherwise good health and have visited: a nurse, a doctor and even an actual urologist (none of whom even recognised the injury). I understand that it's not the end of the world and can be helped slightly by sitting in certain positions and doing kegels but if anyone has any idea what this might be and what I should do to solve it, I'd be very grateful. Thanks in advance.

To be fair, it is preventing me from fully enjoying sexual activities. What do you suggest I therefore do?

You may have damaged your Tunica Alguginea. If its not interfering with your ability to enjoy sexual activities then leave well enough alone.

Thanks for the advice. I have read up on the anal peripheral prostate massage and feel that it may be able to help me. Failing that, I will book an appointment with a neurologist. Is this particular massage known to help heal similar injuries, i.e. penile fracture and damage to penile tissue?

It is a peculiar situation. I think only an very experienced doctor could recognize this problem. You may consult neurologist. As you have mentioned kegel exevrcise, I recall some one suggesting anal peripheral prostate massage is better exercise than kegel..It is one of the 4 types of prostate massage. You may google prostate massage and find out whether it can help you.
