Vaginal swelling

I am 19 years old I have noticed that the inside of my vagina feels almost swollen (like all the walls are swelling inwards). It has been like this for awhile but only recently I have started having very slight abdominal pains--it feels like gas but it is always on the right side and just kind of a dull pain (feels like the area where my ovaries are). I usually experience a little bit of pain upon beginning sexual intercourse, but it usually goes away after a little while. During my last menstrual period I noticed that the blood sometimes seemed very fresh and red (not darker and slightly clotted like it usually is). My skin is also very sensitive so I don't know if this could be caused by tampons or condoms or if it is something more serious.

best is to let a professional examine it. Can be an infection as well.

You should get in to see your gynecologist about this. It may very well be from the condoms and tampons. You can get tiny tears which could be causing the swelling. You could also have an infection and don't know it.
