Varying pain in urethra

I had an encounter with a female I know somewhat, we had unprotected sex for a brief period of time. That was over 110 days ago. I recently masturbated 3 days ago. After the masturbation I noticed a dull pain in my urethra that's persisted presently. I don't have any pain anywhere else, no bumps, no sores, no redness no pain peeing although it's a bit more frequent than usual (I am pounding water)or anything else! I'm losing sleep, my appetite, and my sense of sanity.
Any ideas?!?
