Very bad penile yeast infection!! any info advice would help greatly

I had intercourse unprotected with this girl, and I dont know if she had it and never told me, but the day after my penis started to get very very itchy on the head of my penis theres a red rash going across it and its swollen as well as my foreskin also it burns when i urinate and i have constipation, i looked up pictures and symptoms of male yeast infection and its exactly what i have. There was also peeling of the skin this morning, it is unbearable and i need to get rid of it. i never had one before i had sex with her, so should i let her know that she must have it aswell?? not to put her on the spot but, she had to of givin it to me. wouldnt of came out of nowhere.. please let me know the best probiotic supplement that my family doctor should prescribe me without any side effects. and the best one that will take the infection away very quickly.. any advise on this would be greatly appreciated, thank you for your time.

What ever you do do not use steroids there, there is a good chance you will regret it if you do. Your doctor may prescribe you an antifungal medication such as diflucan or terbinafine. Renew Life has a good line of probiotics.
