um i just want know how does an unbroken hymen look like , and how would you know if your still a virgin without consulting a doctor thanx i hope that the answer would be a bit more brief and give detail concerning the answer if needed please with picture it would be more clear and helpful thanx again ;D
The hymen looks like a membrane or a thin layer of skin just over the vaginal opening within the labia minor (inner labia).
If you spread your legs apart and hold a hand mirror and look (using a strong light source, ie. a flashlight) inside yourself... you might be able to see it. In a virgin, it could appear intact (with no tears) or partially intact (with some tears). It's appearance varies upon the individual as no two people are the same. And, it's intactness, or lack of intactness does not indicate the state of one's virginity... having engaged in sexual intercourse which, is to say, having been penetrated with a man's penis changes one's virginity.

Depends on the hymen and the person. Not everyone has an intact hymen before intercourse. Some people have an almost complete one and others have a large gap. Hymens can be torn by many things including rough play and accidents.
Like PP said you know you're a virgin if you've never had a penis in your vagina. And it depends on your definition if you talk about masturbation or using a vibrator.
