Want to have a baby after a tubal ligiation

I am 31 old yrs I just got remarried and my new husband and i want to have a baby but when I was 25. I had a tubal ligiation and I want to know where to start and we dont want to adopt. What is the affordable way to do this

Tubals are reversable but there is no promise that you can get pregnant after having it done. You might want to talk to your doctor about artificial insemination.

i've had 4 c/s and i have had plastic clips on my tubes can any one please guide me in the right direction to some one that will help me get it reversed i am desperatly wanting a baby. I am 30 and all my children are not with me unfrotunately
