What can this be?

Hi about a month and half ago I had an encounter with an unknown girl. We didn't have sex or oral but she touched her vagina then touched my penis tip. She also licked my testicles for a few seconds and also gave me a very quick handjob before I quickly stopped the encounter. The day after I noticed redness and dryness around my penis tip with a few red dots. I was worried this was herpes as I also had a cut inside my top lip a few days after this. But the redness and dots have gone away now and my penis tip seemed to go back to normal. But whenever my penis is erect there are clearly cracked lines on my penis tip and it can also become very dry. There seems to be little white dots that are sometimes hard to see which are just underneath the penis tip. The cracked lines are only really noticeable when the penis is erect or straight after ejaculation. I went to a doctor and after they briefly examined me they said it basically couldn't be herpes or anything serious. She gave me E45 cream but after a few weeks using this nothing has seemed to happen. I will go back to the doctors in a few days but I was just wondering if any of you could give me your input on this to steady my mind abit.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to dermatitis skin or eczema. Wash the area with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Maintain hygiene and try to keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting cotton clothing. Also use mild soap like dove. Avoid deodorant / cosmetics. If the symptoms persist then get a skin biopsy done from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
