Hi,
Have you tried soaking in a warm bath (not hot), and very gently washing your vulva/ clitoris itself?
If you haven't, you definitely should try that first ~ just warm water, with no soap, and gently rinse area (don't rub). Sometimes over stimulation, lack of lubrication, or natural build up can cause pain & swelling; this is when the warm bath comes in handy. You can also take an Advil (Ibuprofen) or Tylenol ( Acetaminophen) before the bath to help with any pain.
The general rule is to see if the bath makes a difference or not. If that doesn't help, and the pain/ swelling continues, contact your doctor/gynecologist for further advice.
