Why do I keep getting INFECTED!?!?

Here is the deal...my boyfriend lives in Hollywood and I live in SF.  When I do see him, we have sex a lot. If I see him for 4 days, I'd say we have sex about 10 times. We've been dating for 2 years...and I get UTI's all the time!  It's really annoying.  This last time I saw him, I decided that I was going to be extremely adament about peeing before and after sex and drinking a lot of water throughout.  I didn't end up with a UTI but instead got a yeast AND bacterial infection.  I also stopped taking birth control 2 months ago and just used condoms but still got knocked up even after taking plan B.  WHY can't I just have sex without having some kind of problem?  Is he dirty or is it me?  This last time I saw him when I got the yeast and bacteria infection I was back on birth control pills and we used a condom every single time.  Do I have some other hidden problem??  Is there some reason I am so easily infected? Please help me.  I feel that I am doomed to never have enjoyable sex. Also, are taking all of these antibiotics harmful to my system???

If you have no sign of infection until after the two of you have had intercourse, and you've had no intercourse or playing around with anyone else, he is unquestionably the source.  The two big questions are why is he infected?  And why do you continue to permit him to give you these infections?  Sometimes both partners need to treat for the infection.  And sometimes the dipper is dipped into more than one honepot!
