Yeast or bacterial infection
Let me describe me my present penis condition! am under going yeast infection medicines for 1 month consulting a Dermatologist! When i pull out the fore skin of my penis i find some blackish or reddish colour changes!! and also at the end of the penis shaft there is violet colour changes and it disappears when i put medicines and apply anti fungal cream! only during the night time it seems to be colour changing!! Is it only yeast infection or any other bacterial infected??Please help me!! I dont have any pain but i get occasional burning sensation in morning hours still i have that problem during morning time when i apply that anti fungal cream! no burning sensation while urinating! suddenly three days before i got some itchy reddish skin rash on chest and thighs! it disappeared with my yeast infection medicines!!
Well i forgot to mention that i dont have the habit of cleaning my inner skin of penis with soap! :-( Hence the infection is due to that?? Or i undergone unprotected oral sex and protected sex with a sex worker 2 months ago

Thanks a lot for ur Help! Well when i was under medication! i consulted another dermatologist for second opinion..! He examined my penis and found some thing and prescribed me valtrex.. because i were using some bacterial ointments so He was not confirmed with genital herpes so he told me to have 10 tablets of valtrex! I was really panic that i got genital herpes! No swab and no blood tests were taken to confirm him! but i ate only 2 tabs of valtrex and stayed panic let the rashes go away and finally i dont have any rashes my penis is clean now!! but i have some little bit of burning sensation that too its very rare!!
