Rough, prolonged sexual activity can cause abdominal and vaginal discomfort.
It should ease off in the next 24-48 hours. If not, consult your doctor.

Chances are because of how long there was prolonged sex, this is a normal reaction. Remember, any muscle/s can only be exercised so much, and even when done moderately, it can really be sore after. Then again, it won't hurt going to your OBGYN and getting checked out just in case. I would suggest seeing a professional, but if you were more sore the day after you stopped having sex, and just as sore if not more the second day, it could just be over worked muscles.
