i really need to speak to someone about my addiction to smoking weed and masterbating i cant go a day without a smoke or a wank it feels so good that i cant stop i dont masterbate sober i always need a spliff while im doing it if im not stoned i dont feel horny as soon as i smoke i get so turned on and i just have to do it what can i do plz help
Dude no joke i have a similar problem. When I smoke I tend to masturbate, and so I cant help
break the cycle. But I find taking a few days (3 at the most ) in a week to stop doing both will go a long way in controlling the urges. Believe me I still struggle, but its getting better. Plus bud/weed/marijuana is absolutely non-addictive so thats easy, but masturbating is much more difficult to quit. I truly believe one should fully enjoy marijuana, but never abuse it. I smoke it everyday, but thats just me. My two cents.

If you are unable to cope with the situation yourself visit a clinic, as it sometimes ma be hard to fight the addiction yourself.
