My girlfriend suddenly bleeds during sex. Last week she bled and we came to know about that after sex. Today, I just checked after few seconds, and there was a bit of blood on the head of my penis.

Your girlfriend should contact her doctor/gynecologist and schedule an appointment for a pelvic exam as soon as she can. A doctor would be the only person who could diagnose the cause of the bleeding.
As for you, I suggest the same, contact a doctor and talk about your concerns regarding any STI's ( and STD's).
