blood on my semens

Am a young man,,and am 29 yrs old,,,i have been experiencing blood on my semen during ejaculation and when in my urine after the ejaculation,,,but it occur sometime twice in five months,,,beside i have also gone for medical test,,and ultrasound,,but there is nothing seems to be found. please can some one help me explain what might be the course of it...

they cannot find a cause and they will not for you either, they are way behind on this complaint they just call it heamotospermia and say it will go as quick as it come NOT THE CASE.
