can hour old sperm be used or no
if you were to through a used condom in the wrapper in a public trash can an hour after being used is there possiblity of someone takining it and getting pregnant off of the sperm or is the sperm dead?

It would be really surprising if someone would do it, simply because they wouldn't have any idea of the health of the person filling the condom. (AIDS would be a concern.) Besides the sperm needing to be preserved from the air, it would probably have to be a non-spermicidal condom and the temperature in the room where the trash can was would have to be appropriate (not too cold). Bleah, what a thought.
I don't know why anyone would do that or why you would be worried about that happening but, I know that sperm can last in a woman's body for up to 5 days. There is spermicide in condoms so I don't think that is the case here but I don't know that millions of little spermies would die in an hour.
Ewwww...I don't know who would do that but I guess it could happen. If the sperm isn't exposed to air and is kept moist in the condom then yes it "could" happen.
