can you masturbate too much?

I am asking for a friend. His penis has blister like sores only in the areas where his knuckles rub when he masturbates. Could this be a result of excessive masturbation?

He should use some antibiotic cream or any bacterial cream. If he uses lubricated hand similar problem will not arise. other exercises can be considered if necessary. kegel exercise, Satkriya, circuating energy on microcosmic orbit. You can google each phrase to get at the exercise.

and if so... why does he do to clear them up? He has not tried cream or anything just stopped routinely masturbating.
