cannot Ejaculate properly

Hi i am 27 year old Guy and I have a problem with my masturbation technique, I tried a lot to masturbate with normal way but i cannot ejaculate, since my teen age, i found a new way of masturbation and that was humping the ground with my penis position bend or say sleep mode.

I can move or rub my penis around the ground and make me ***. i can *** easily through this. Later i read that this is a serious cause so i tried switching my technique, i try a lot even today i tried a lot to make me masturbate by stroking against hand, with a lot of force and after 2 much force i was able to precum a little bit.

but i cannot *** properly by stroking, i want to change my technique please help me.

well i am married yet and have never had sex before.

Well, I am not a doctor but i am also here to seek a solution. if someone or anyone could help us that would be very nice what to do

well i have tried it but it does not work that way.

either u make a 1 month time or more, ejaculation by normal way is still not done, well i am telling abt myself here and i tried but with no success. but it takes more power to precum a little bit with much force

So if i stopped doing it the current way i'm doing it, and maybe a few weeks later tried the normal way of doing it, i would easily be able to ejaculate.

I too am in this position, where i rub my penis around the ground, i just cannot do it the normal way, it too hard for me, and you said serious cause, serious cause of what?
