dude listen its normal what this cud be is that the penis harding is harder than usual or you ejaculated not long ago so you may feel like its swelling in the penis because your penis is trying hard to erect again. but the clear liquid is basically the penis makes its own lube to stop penetration during ejaculation or sex but it is meant for sex but can still happen during ejaculation.
