hi ..please answer my question... i am a 18 year old boy who is masterbating since 4 years ( usually not more than 3 times a week) and i never had any problem ... but recently i had my first sex with my girlfriend and it was not a pleasing experience because i couldn't last for more than 2 mins !!! i was very depressed because i couldn't satisfy my partner ... is this because of masterbation....?? how can I last longer in bed?? PLEASE HELP everyone !!!

    Well, I can assure you that this has Nothing to do w/ masturbating :)
When a young man starts having sex and it is all New to him.....Well, the goal is to ejaculate...Right?   And that is exactly what you are doing.

    As you get older, you will learn to control this and put your mind Not soley concentrating on the end result, but rather enjoy the entire experience!

    Even if you do ejaculate before your partner you can still find other ways to make sure that she is satisfyed also.

I think you should relax and not worry about it!!  there is nothing that will turn off your sex drive worse than thinking about how poorly you performed. Good sex takes years of practice and since you are only 18, you have plenty of years to perfect your ability and how you feel about yourself! :-)
