first time sex

hello everyone!!! i hope you're doin' fine. i'm 23 years old ang haad sex with my partner for the first time. but i'm just wondering why i didn't have laceration (correct me if i got the wrong term) because i heard that once you have your first sex, there will be vagina bleeding, is it true? i hope you'd help me. thanks

Some women bleed, some do not. The bleeding is caused by the hymen breaking. The hymen is a layer of tissue that protects the vagina. During intercourse, the hymen breaks, and there can be some bleeding. The amount of bleeding, if any depends on if you have a thin hymen, thick hymen and what it looked like. Some have a lot of holes, some barely have any. Each one is different, so everyone has a different experience. I didn't bleed when I had sex the first time!
You're fine. Just because you didn't bleed doesn't mean you're still a virgin.

i was 14 @ 1st exp...i didnt bleed either time i had sex with that person...in fact, not till i was 15 or so did i finally bleed....it's not a huge issue
