flat penis bump

i am 24 never had unprotected sex but have had oral sex with 4 partners in my life.

About a month ago i shaved my genital area (stupidly) without using proper shaving cream. This resulted in red bumbs in a few places, most that still havent completely gone away.

I seem to have developed and oval shaped blister/bump on the top of my penis shaft about 1 and a half mm high and 1 mm wide.Another smaller one has also developed, it /they are red and no matter what i try i can not get it to heal the smaller one looks like its healing. I have tried zinc cream as well as aleo vera.
The main bump is quite annoying and it kinda opened up with  a crack a while back but now its just red and not open.it really is kinda flat and just red, It is not sore or itchy or anything. Ive tried to dry it out but it wont dry out or fall off or anything.

I am just curious if it would have been an infection i got from shaving (razor bump that got infected) or if it could be something else such as an std, it does not look like  a typical razor bump but also it wont go away and is quite unattractive,
My girlfriend i have been with when it showed up doesnt have any stds or anything so this is really boggling my mind. And it all started after i shaved the area.

Please help

where do i go i dont have a family doctor or anything. Would they check them out at like a walk in clinic or something?

I dont think they are warts at all since i looked at many pics of genetal warts and it looks nnothing like them.
I looked at genetal ulcers and herpes kinda looks like them, but i also read those heal within 2 weeks to a month, and my girlfriend dont have herpes and has been tested.

Mine have not healed its been almost a month and 2 weeks but the damn thing keeps opening up with a crack then goes back to normal etc etc

Have a doctor look at them.  It could be warts.  You can get them from unprotected oral sex. It is impossible to really say until you have a doctor look at them asap.
