You mention follicles - but are there any hairs? If what you're seeing are just tiny raised bumps, they're known as Fordyce's spots. They're fairly common, and can occur in skin elsewhere on the body, but the cause is unknown. You might try asking about these in the Dermatology forum as well.
Hello, welcome to the community. Sorry to hear about your issues, but I think that is normal. If you feel it isnt normal, you should be examined by a physician. You are growing up and hair grows in places it didnt used to. You could try waxing if it is that bothersome, but that will be uncomfortable. Laser hair removal would also be an option, but I honestly feel like you are just having a hard time accepting some of the changes in you body. Good luck!
