help me pls...im scared to tell my parents

i woke up yesterday and the left part of my penis head was paining...i dint take much notice of it....so when i went to sleep ant night the pain increased and today mornin the whole of the lft side is swollen and pain terribly and sometimes there is a yellow smelly liquid coming out of it.......
im just a 14 year old help me...wats hapening to me

Have you had unprotected sex? If so then it might be a STD. If not them you have something else going, either way you have to see a Dr.

Yes, you need to go and see a doctor.  If you are not comfortable talking about this with your parents, tell them that it's private and you don't want to talk to them about it, you just need them to arrange a doctors appointment for you.  If my kids did that I'd respect that, but I appreciate some parents may not be so respectful of your privacy.  Maybe there's one parent you'd feel more comfortable telling or showing, so just talk about it with that one.

If you really don't think you can tell your parents or that they will try to force you to tell them in order to make the appointment then maybe you could say something like I am having a hard time going pee.  I would think that wouldn't be a complete lie because if you are having pain then when you go to pee it seems that you would also have some pain when you to to urinate.  You don't have to necessarily go into detail with your parents.  Tell them you are embarrassed and do not want to be examined by the doctor with them in the room.  Since this is concerning your "private area" they may be just as embarrassed.  Hope this helps.  You do need to see a doctor though.
