Yes my name is john and I have a bump the size of a nickel sized foot ball in my pubs. It hurts when I touch it or when my pants rub against it. can you tell me or point me in the right direction of what it might be?
It is possibly a boil caused by an ingrown hair. It is very painful because it is filled with fluid. Try to apply a hot or very warm face cloth to it. It will eventualy break on its own and heal.
