how can u tell?

How can u tell if the fluid coming out of a man's penis is semen or pre-semen? like, if something is slowly coming out, and is clear, is it likely to be semen or pre semen and why?

If it is clear, and dribbles or oozes out slowly, that is pre-semen.

Semen itself is white or creamy, and comes out in strong squirts.

When a man comes it doesn't come out slowly, it takes maybe 10 seconds and its all out and theres a fair bit of it. I guess it would vary from man to man but also once he does come he will go soft within about 5 minutes.
